Lemon Juice


Never underestimate the wonders that a cup of Warm Lemon juice water every morning performs. It aids digestion by flushing out unwanted materials and toxins from the body. It also provides relief for heartburn, belching and bloating. The citric acid contained in lemon which stimulates the liver; aids in detoxification. Diseases only occur when the body pH becomes acidic and lemon water can help to remove every form of acidity in the body system. Lemons also contain vitamin C which aids the decrease of blemishes and damages done to the skin. Lemons also contain more negative charged ions which provide the body with more energy during digestion. Ascorbic acid found in lemons aids wound healing. Pectin fibers, which fight hunger cravings, are found in abundance in lemons.

If you start your day off, by drinking a cup of warm lemon water first thing every morning, then you are on the right track.

Preparation

Lemon Juice Water Juice the Lemon using a squeezer at room temperature. If the Lemon was refrigerated before, heat it in the microwave for 40seconds. After Juicing, add half cup of warm water to the juice and mix. Then drink. However, if you do not like the taste, you may want to add “Natural” honey; which also has its cleansing properties.

GARRI AND OKRA SOUP

Chin-Chin goes to school...Hahahaha!!! A very popular crunchy snack in West Africa, used to entertain visitors, taken by students to school, sold almost everywhere; Chin-Chin is known for it's rich taste and is enjoyed by many.
