Lemon Juice Water Juice the
Lemon using a squeezer at room temperature. If the Lemon was refrigerated
before, heat it in the microwave for 40seconds. After Juicing, add half cup of
warm water to the juice and mix. Then drink. However, if you do not like the
taste, you may want to add “Natural” honey; which also has its cleansing
properties.
