NOODLES GARNISHED WITH VEGGIES

Ingredients -  2pcs Indomie noodles - A handful of mixed veggies (carrot, corn and green peas) - 1 scotch-bonnet pepper; chopped - 1 medium onion; chopped - 1 smoked mackerel fish; cut into small bits (as in the picture above) - 1 cooking spoon, vegetable oil Preparation - Boil some water in a kettle and  pour it in a bowl. Then take the noodles out of the pack and put into the bowl of hot water. Cover with the lid of the pot or a foil or cling film...leave for about 7-10 minutes to steam. - On the other hand, heat up the oil in a pan on medium heat, while you drain water off the noodles. Add all the veggies and fish to the oil and stir, then immediately add the noodles. Stir continuously under low heat. - Leave to simmer for 2 minutes and your noodles is ready to be served.

Spaghetti Garnished with Mackerel Fish and Vegetables

Ingredients 1 Pack of Spaghetti 1 Iced Mackerel Fish Shrimps 250g Spinach; a hand full Scotch Bonnet Pepper Onions Mixed Vegetable (Choice) 2 Eggs Knorr Cubes, Curry and Thyme Vegetable Oil Sesame Oil Preparing the Spaghetti ·          Break a bunch of spaghetti strands into two pieces and place in water. Add salt and a drop of oil, then cover to boil…but do not let it get too soft or cooked yet. ·          On the other hand, cook the fish; adding knorr, salt, onions and curry and cover for some time. Do not leave cooking for too long. ·          Soak the shrimps in a bowl of warm water and add a bit of salt ·          Cut the Spinach (washed), Pepper and Onions into tiny pieces. ·          Beat the egg and sesame oil together in a bowl and leave to one...
