Preparing
the Spaghetti
·
Break a bunch of spaghetti strands into two
pieces and place in water. Add salt and a drop of oil, then cover to boil…but
do not let it get too soft or cooked yet.
·
On the other hand, cook the fish; adding
knorr, salt, onions and curry and cover for some time. Do not leave cooking for
too long.
·
Soak the shrimps in a bowl of warm water
and add a bit of salt
·
Cut the Spinach (washed), Pepper and
Onions into tiny pieces.
·
Beat the egg and sesame oil together in
a bowl and leave to one side
·
The spaghetti must have started boiling
now. Pour out the spaghetti from the pot into a sieve and heat a pan with oil
in it.
·
Drain water off from the pot of fish and
mash the fish into small pieces. Also, drain water off from the bowl of shrimps
·
Pour the mashed fish, shrimps, spinach,
pepper and onions into the deep pan. Add Knorr and salt to it and stir.
·
When the mix starts shimmering, add the
spaghetti and stir-fry for about 5minutes.
·
Turn it constantly and add salt, knorr
cubes to taste.
·
Pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan
and leave for 10 seconds to set. Using chopstick, quickly swirl the mix around
the spaghetti and leave to stir-fry for few more minutes.
·
And your spaghetti is ready to be served.
