Spaghetti Garnished with Mackerel Fish and Vegetables

Ingredients
1 Pack of Spaghetti
1 Iced Mackerel Fish
Shrimps 250g
Spinach; a hand full
Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Onions
Mixed Vegetable (Choice)
2 Eggs
Knorr Cubes, Curry and Thyme
Vegetable Oil
Sesame Oil

Preparing the Spaghetti
·         Break a bunch of spaghetti strands into two pieces and place in water. Add salt and a drop of oil, then cover to boil…but do not let it get too soft or cooked yet.
·         On the other hand, cook the fish; adding knorr, salt, onions and curry and cover for some time. Do not leave cooking for too long.
·         Soak the shrimps in a bowl of warm water and add a bit of salt
·         Cut the Spinach (washed), Pepper and Onions into tiny pieces.
·         Beat the egg and sesame oil together in a bowl and leave to one side
·         The spaghetti must have started boiling now. Pour out the spaghetti from the pot into a sieve and heat a pan with oil in it.
·         Drain water off from the pot of fish and mash the fish into small pieces. Also, drain water off from the bowl of shrimps
·         Pour the mashed fish, shrimps, spinach, pepper and onions into the deep pan. Add Knorr and salt to it and stir.
·         When the mix starts shimmering, add the spaghetti and stir-fry for about 5minutes.
·         Turn it constantly and add salt, knorr cubes to taste.
·         Pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan and leave for 10 seconds to set. Using chopstick, quickly swirl the mix around the spaghetti and leave to stir-fry for few more minutes.

·         And your spaghetti is ready to be served.

Avocados'

Avocados are very nutritious and contain monounsaturated fats (MUFA’s), fibers, potassium and some vitamins. Avocados are said to contain around 160 calories, 3 grams of protein, 12 grams of carbohydrate and about 21.5 grams of fat with the majority of carbohydrates in form of fibers. You can eat them in moderation as part of a weight-loss diet or add them to your regular diet as a concentrated source of calories to help you gain weight. While Avocados contain relative high calories, the Oleic acid contained in the MUFA’s can help to reduce one’s cravings for food and is used by the body as an energy burner, instead of the saturated fat you must have assumed it was. They also contain beta-sitosterol, a compound known to lower cholesterol levels. There are lots of health benefits attached to eating Avocados from improvement in Eye health to a glowing skin tone. Avocados can be eaten with almost anything, but for a healthy diet, I would recommend eating them with Salmons, Wheat brea...
